Picked this up at Handlebar in Wicker Park, Chicago for Brunch. I didn’t realize it was vegan when I ordered it.  Here I have the Jimwich on white bread. It’s miso, tofu, alfalfa sprouts, cucumber and chipotle mayo. Very good! Also, there’s the Bobitizer. It’s some sausage, onion, and various other “stuff” wrapped in a tortilla, grilled, and chopped up.
